Ive been taking a tortilla and putting olive oil or coconut oil on both sides, broiling it so both sides are lightly toasty, then sprinkling cinnamon and sugar or whatever sweetener is preferred, putting it back under the broiler and taking them out when the sugar cinnamon is caramelized and its really yummy. I dont miss bread at all if im craving toast and eat this instead. This hits all the spots with my cravings ❤ im totally making your version with cream cheese and making rolls tonight. Its alot easier doing it your way, too. I was making it difficult with all my steps 😂

I tried her pancakes 🥞 , they look like pancakes 🥞 but not even close of the taste...keto/low carb recipes food made me lose weight because I don't eat it and stick to whole foods no carbs
@hollybanville474 I did the pancakes too. Super dry texture... no matter what i do or what I put on them... they still dry as hell🤣plus i dont use those fake sweeteners, so no sugar in there 🤣 but I ate them... keto diet is not doing much for me.. I got stuck, and not sustainable for my body, almost die and now I'm doing my old favorite that always has given me more than excellent results... the special K challenge... I lost 50 pound in a month and a half with that one and high intensity exercise for 20 minutes a day and Healthy.
@@hollybanville474 Hello... you are just supposed to pick 2 of your normal meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and instead of eating normal food at those time you gonna eat their cereal, whichever you pick. And plus you gonna have their snacks between all your meals every two hours... for example I will go thru mine... I always pick breakfast and lunch and I can eat whatever for dinner and it holds me for the rest of the night... so this is how it goes with me (remember these have vitamins and minerals) you won't need supplements. 10 am 1 cup cereal 12pm 1 snack bar 2pm 1 cup cereal 4pm 1 snack bar 6pm whatever I want for dinner. NO Restrictions. And that's all for the day... The first time I did this I lost all the weight, nothing about bouncing back because the whole thing is more about putting your metabolism to work and fast. That's why you eat small portions of food with good vitamins every two hours... and it can be done with or without exercising I lost a lot without any exercise at the beginning... Now after years and hormonal imbalance I gained weight and gave the keto diet a try... not good for me.. at all. Plus all those fake sugar actually damage your body is better real sugar... just in moderation. And all the fat you eat is proven it damage your liver, kidneys and can make you super sick and give u a stroke. I actually just was in the ER the other day because everything went numb even my face. After the ER i went 3 days with chest pain in my house. The bad health from this is real. And I started my old trustworthy diet just today and I feel fantastic already.
You know loosing weight is not the only thing you need to do to be healthy? There are normal weight people who are extemely unhealthy because they eat sugar, artificial sweetners, cheese and carbs.
