@@traciesplace The video not only helped, but was instrumental in making perfect Baja fried fish tacos, with Halibut. The amount I made, well I had 8. I ate 3 of them! Crunchy and fabulous. I basically watched your video where you dusted the fish, then sprayed them with light oil. I used coconut oil for the spray, and rice flour for the crunch. Further, I chopped a quarter of fresh pineapple, 2 serrano chiles, a dash of garlic powder, 4 tomatoes, a whole shallot, some fresh Cilantro, quarter cup of lime juice, some fresh cayenne, some hatch peppers, and more lime juice.....................Fabulous Salsa Fresca for the tacos. I've had 3 friends over, and they were begging for more! Crunchy Fish Tacos, A'La Tracie, is what I called it. Absolute Success Girl, Thank You! Offer Stands.
