I just made them today IT took a little time but it was worth it my wife who is working from home and a pretty fussy eater finished them all while I was doing yard work and she loved them
they taste great! Yeah, it's more work but it's fun to make a small batch and to know what the process is like. If you have a potato or two lying around, give it a try!
