@@gsftom one of my clients showed me today they have a combined Ninja pressure cooker and air fryer. They use it constantly. It looked really cool. Not any bigger than my instant pot as the heat/fan is built into the lid. Worth considering 🤔

I would love to see more air fryer recipes! I use parchment paper liners made for the air fryer when I use it for quick easy cleanup. Just toss the liner and your air fryer is clean 😊 Tip: For fried chicken or other food that will create a lot of grease, use two liners instead of one.

I make this tonight and it was delicious.. pretty much like what I get from restaurants. My mustard has dill in it and it adds a very nice subtle taste. Per instructions, I baked at 400 degrees but 12 mins. I have a cuisinart air fryer. Thank you for this simple yet delicious recipe.

Omg! This was surprisingly AMAZING. Never thought to put Salmon in the air frier, game changer. Not using the oven ever again. I just made a large bag of Brussels spouts in my ninja foodi. I used the "steam/crisp " function for 10 minutes. I love my ninja foodi! I haven't had an oven for almost a year and don't miss it.

Once I learned that I can air fry salmon, that is the only way I cook it now. I also air fry burgers, chicken thighs/breasts and even steak. I have a Bonsen, so it has more features than a regular air fryer and I love it. Less to clean as well 😊. BTW, I preordered my cookbook 🥰🥰.

An instant-read thermometer has saved my meats so many times! They only cost $10 or so but can tell you what’s going on on inside of a piece of salmon, pork chop, or chicken… I am a chronic over-cooker (gotta make sure it’s done and safe!) I use the thermometer to check several minutes before I think it’s done. 165 for chicken and pork, 145 for fish. As soon as the inside temp is there (or a few degrees before), pull it from the heat. No more dry meats!

I use a recipe identical to this minus the Dijon mustard, and it comes out moist, delicious and fast. I will try it next time coating the salmon with the Dijon mustard. Looks delish 😋 🙏🏻!
