If you cube the potatoes and use raw sausage, cook them together then add the veg

You can also parboil potatoes and any kind of root veg for 6 minutes or so

You could cook the potatoes a few minutes earlier and then throw the rest of the ingredients once potatoes are half way cooked.

Love the recipe and have cooked it over 10 times. Easy to make. The changes I made were to switch to sweet potatoes and add an apple or pear, for some sweetness. I served it on a bed of brown rice.

That looks really good. The only thing I'd probably change would be a Vidalia onion instead of a red, because I prefer the sweetness. I've got to try this the next time I do air fryer sausage.

I made this recipe in my Ninja dual zone air fryer for the first time last week and it was totally fabulous, loved it and it was so very easy to do, and so tasty and filling, now on my fav to eat list. I just had to do without the onion, I love them, but they don't like me sadly, but it did not spoil the dish 😃

Or instead of stiring it. You can put the lip on the bowl and shake it. It coats the veggies better than a spoon. Just fyi.

On his website he said you can put the ingredients on a lined sheet pan and roast them in the oven on 400 for about 30 minutes.

Something that doesn't make sense to me is you're using extra virgin olive oil. The smoke point of that is ~350 F, but you're cooking everything at 375 F. That seems dangerous. What am I missing?
