Delays occur due to external circumstances and that is something people have to accept. However, for a delay as long as 8 hours, Air India should have provided the passengers with complimentary food and water until things were sorted out.

Actually never seen this aggression for train delays by days. I understand flight is for faster movement. But, in air there are many circumstances when flights get delay. I myself faced long travel time from Ghuhatti to Delhi due to weather Captain tried two times and then have to divert to Jaipur. These are unpredictable circumstances and can't be avoide by shouting
SInce when have Indians become so impatient rude boisterous and over all disgraceful. WHat was even being said? Having said that, i heard 5 hours and no water? That is bad. Respect and service both ways ans maybe behave the way we do abroad...so sad.
I think you are still living in 80s era wake up this is 2024 which train are you talking about getting days delayed even trians are coming on right time nowadays and here these crooks are making the passengers wait for hourd
Nobody wants to see the massive improvement in Bharat -the cleanliness, the lack of corruption, digitlisation etc things you cannot even see in the west--just no luxury like you get in Bharat...all this in states with the BJP govt who work for Bharat...the states that still have corrupt govt rule -still suffer the previous govt corrupt and colonial ways. @@aahil1lion934
@@aahil1lion934 I think you are living in paranoid. Indian railways ka chart dekh la*de, during winters there are 20 hours delay on trains. Utne frequent nhi hai aajkal because trains get cancelled. Pehle cancellation rate Kam thha. Today since refund procedure is online. It has become easy to cancel train. But delays hai.

People book Air India thinking that they are getting an awesome deal on the price...little do they know the awesome deal on price is because the flight may never take off.....lolzzz!!!!
Air India should have provided them some refreshment and coming onto the passengers behaviour it is really unruly. These things happen sometimes we should have patience to deal with situation in life. Your anger won't make the Airport Authority to allow the flight to take off under any circumstance.
These are all priviledged people. They think just because they bought the ticket they can treat their staff like dirt! The upper class thinks every should serve them just because they buy the ticket or pay them the salary.
Passenger should behave properly read flying instructions before purchasing the ticket don’t behave like this with cisf staff they are all government servants and security
