I prefer the Wings Logo but I dig this “Reimagined” look for the Black Toes. All the “first images” we’ve gotten of this sneaker are “Reps” so I’m hoping that they look better than what we’ve been seeing.. As a og at 54 the Jordan 1 black toes are my favorite Jordan 1's. I have the 2013 pair deadstock and I wear my 2016 pair all the time. Looking forward to getting these 2024 pair for the collection. Great video and review MK.

The text is lame. Yeah Jordan had them over his shoulder back in 84 in that poster. That’s because it was a prototype, and they hadn’t finalized the wings logo. Once they figured out the wings logo, they ditched the text. As a 53 year-old true Jordan fan from day 1, I have a lot of Nike authorized Jordans. I wear my shoes reselling is lame. Quite honestly, I’d buy a pair of developer, boring black toes before I buy this garbage, Nike is in the business of rarely giving you what you want. Instead of just selling the black toes they’re going to see how much they can milk the consumer with this garbage.
maybe if the Air Jordan text was a big bigger but the size and placement of it makes the space feel too empty. I also wish the swoosh was bigger or match the photos they used as a reference. i aint mad at them i just think they could have been better especially on a colorway as goated as this one
What you’re getting it is a polyurethane overlay on the leather. Nike does this with all their leather shoes. I really wish they wouldn’t. Just paint the leather as is. I hate that plastic crease bs.
