i believe they were done like this "intentionally". why else would all of the pairs be pretty much the same in the areas of "imperfection"? it's an "aged-look", and nobody's 2 shoes would look the same after frequent wearing . if people check the shoes they wear frequently, one shoe will look different from the other, resulting from the way a person "walks"
