@@sea5205 the fire reds came out in ‘89 and were retroed in 2012. He’s at least 45. That’s pretty old to still give a shit about sneakers. I don’t believe the OP anyway as the 4’s came out over 30 years ago, not something you casually misremember especially when it comes to stuff you did in high school, that shit imprints on you forever 🤷🏻♂️
I want to grab these so bad but they seem like they have such bad quality compared to others… apparently they crease before even wearing straight out of the box etc…
@@marco7838 only on some pairs, I copped mine and they have no creases at all, and it’s not bad compared to other bcos they’re all bad these days it’s just nike making they’re money. It’s hit and miss but the look for me is what sold me
The OG branding and OG colorways is all im looking for now. I’m getting rid of everything with Jordan Brand logos. I want it to be almost exactly as the originals. IMO
That's all I collect is og stuff colors from when I was growing up I don't really grab the new colors unless related to a og color that I can't get like thr all purple grapes I grabbed em cause I can't get the white grapes
On the original 4s the “flight “ was on the tongue. It was an introduction to the “flight” basketball shoe series “. After that you had Nike “flight “ line. “Nike air” was originally on the back too.
A great way to get around the paint cracking, get yourself about 10 different colourways and rotate, never fails, I don't even know what the paint cracking looks like
Fires were probably the only pair that no matter what release always creased for me, so having slight bubbling from walking around a bit trying them isn’t uncommon. Honestly would’ve loved to have seen tumbled on this pair but none the less a decent pair.
Got these off GOAT “brand new” and returned them same day. Hella creased and scuffed smh... Update: bought another pair and they fresh but I don’t think all pairs are gonna be perfect is what it is
I don't think it's the regular box... It's the regular OG box, but not what we get normally these days... Has Nike Air on both sides of the box lid.. Also doesn't have the hole in the front by the label to pull the box off the shelf. This is the OG OG OG box from back in the day. Cement paper too... It's a nice added touch but not what we normally get these days.
Very good Video. best review i saw until now. Especially that you talk about the creases that the shoe gets with the time. Without this video i would´ve buyed the shoe but now won´t. Saved my Money
I REALLY LIKE IT, I have the air Jordan dub zero, and I saw the red version, and it looks similar, and hey can you do the air Jordan dub zero, it would be cool. I also like the tag, and how they mixed up the red, black, and white PERFECT.
Use Krayon finish to slow down the cracking. Also, you can wear sneaker shields to prevent the creasing. There's also a spray that's out that will get rid of the creases.
Get them force fields and you’ll never get a crease on the toe box I use them to this day and I have a pair of 2008 countdown pack BC3’s and they haven’t creased yet
Recently I haven’t seen or have had any Jordan 4s and 3s crack, I’m pretty sure Jordan has been able to make the paint crack less and just all around last longer
i feel like jordan 4s have gotten better with cracking. my 2012 breds cracked with like 3 wears. my toro bravos (that came out in 2013), 2019 breds, and 2019 cool greys are crack free.
