The back of the original dmp 6s had kind of a hard smooth mat durbuck, and the middle panel and front was a regular durbuck.... i really like how they left the edges white like the OGs
These, either gold or red, are maybe the model that I'd be most likely to just wear around on a daily basis. Instantly recognizable, but subtle and mostly black. I just found this channel a couple of days ago and though I've only had one retro pair in the past decade--Kamikaze, not too expensive--I'm loving the really great, substantive coverage and commentary, and dreaming about Jordans and Pennys and having a great time doing it.

There is not enough emphasis on how good this pair turned out. Compare it to any 6 in your collection and you’ll ask yourself how the hell you even wore any other colorway. Great review dude.

Love your channel, just binged a bunch of vids, I dropped out of the shoe game after high school last pair of shoes being white metallic 5s that someone offered me dmp 11s to trade for, and I took the trade and always regretted it. anyway I came back and just purchased the grape 5 ogs for fresh prince, wolf grey 5s, white metallics again (had to) and you just convinced me to pull the trigger on fire reds 5s or sliver tongues as you mentioned. You really make wanting shoes and buying them a thrill again for me and I appreciate it!

1991 season for the DMP 6. 1996 season for the DMP 11. That retro 1 pack with the Boston Celtics colors was called the 60 points Defining Moments Pack. The BMP Beginning Moments Pack was also called Old Love/New love which consisted of the AJ1’s with black and yellow in addition to the one with the Chicago Bulls colorway.

Still got my 2 packs of DMP, one with the gold "Jordan" on the 11 lace loops which bleeds, but the other pair is without the gold "Jordan". This looks exactly like the one I have!!

I had the original pair back in 2012 but they were too big and I eventually snapped the spoiler being lazy (apparently happens often to that specific pair.) These will be had. Might be my first intentional double-up. Incredibly disappointed about the insole being cheap trash though.
Do these shoes come with the dog tags? Because i bought a pair 2 days ago and i saw the dog tags on them when i was trying them on, but when i bought them there was no dog tag.
