Follow Us as we share with you our flight experience from Yangon to Bagan with Air KBZ ATR aircraft K7242. We were warmly received by the 2 cabin attendants aboard. The cabin service was really nice too. We love the aircraft for its bright and clean interiors, and its comfy seat products with decent legroom. The flight journey was smooth and enjoyable.
In this vlog, we will also share with you a brief tour of the departure area of the domestic airport in Yangon, and the arrival area of Bagan Nyaung Oo airpot.

I took this very flight on this airline on 16th March only to be told the next day that we had to go home to Australia due to COVID19. Maybe I will go back and finish the trip when all this is over.

Thank you for this video! I flew this route in the opposite direction nearly 3 years ago. The wet tissue was the same, and there was unfortunately no meal service, just drinks and no inflight magazine, but I had done some research on the many domestic airlines of Myanmar and picked this one because I love their logo. I am glad to see they have a newer aircraft and a better product, I hope they grow bigger.

Hello Jim and Shaun. the adventure starts. when i visited Myanmar the 1st time the domestic was similar to the interior of Bagan very old and basic, 2nd time they were still buiding the new domestic. buy the international was new. i travelled both KBZ and Air Bagan what i noticed sometimes they combined both if not enough passengers. and crew always smiley and friendly. and the service of the luggage handlers at bagan airport always fun to watch they almost fight friendly to deliver your bags :P i stayed at Old Bagan the hotels were always great service as well. looking forward to every one of your vlogs bringing back awesome memories. and as usual watching you guys travel together such a pleasure.

Hi Grant, glad you enjoyed the vlog. :) And yes, the sweltering heat is really quite the nuisance. Hehe... I think both of us much managed to find some pretty decent Burmese cuisine for sure. We could both give up coconut rice for the time being and indulge in true blue local food! Have a great weekend! :D

PS 1000 Kyat equals $1 aussie/ singapore. its $25 for the Bagan heritage pass :)

The Yangon airport looks nice....... so what happen to your drone? The simple and fast luggage clearance at Bagan got fight with the one at Bandung.....

Hi Jimmy, it was not a drone. It was suspected to be a drone so they had to screen Jim's bag a few times. There were other equipment which resembled a drone perhaps. And drones are not really allowed in Myanmar. I think the luggage collection and clearance is more efficient at Bagan really. In Bandung, we still need to wait for the ground staff to load the bags onto the carousel. It definitely too more time.
