While back I had the same problem when my team driver was on duty, he didn’t pay attention to the warning service light and the pressure built up in the axle then blew the cap window, drained the oil, Efed up the bearing, and I had to reweld the damaged spindle end and changed everything else involved. Now, on the other axle, I can hear a strong leaking sound from the system, and I know for sure there is a little bit of bubbling in the oil that I can see from the hub cap window, so I’m guessing it’s the same problem. Thanks to your video, I can better service the issue, but I thought you would check the connection of the supply line in the new hub for leaks before you bolt it back on. What if you only seem to develop an axle leak after driving for a while? Being the morning when i air the system up it never leaks but after running for a little bit i can hear it when i do a walk around.

i facing same issue on my trailer mechanic said he found air leak from hub cap seal inside & change 2 hub cap seals but still air leak from vent axle air flow is this normal after some time it’s stop leaks and sometime stay leaking for while
