i grew up shooting springers and i now shoot a pcp most of the time but i,ve still got my old hw 77 which i,ve had since i was 20 i,m now 46 but every time i get it out it brings back the memories of old hunting times when i was a young man,pcp,s are great but i could never be without my old springer
good vid mate igot s410 a week ago,wot an eye opener for 50yrs i`ve had springers,i put a weihrauch silencer on it and its as quiet as a whisper in slippers been out this morning and got a bunny no reaction from bunnies nearby but too far away for a shot,i shot it at 28 yds ish straight through its head, i am well impressed speak again soon baz
That s410 has a lovely looking stock on it sir, and i know what you mean about shooting a pcp compared to a springer as the first time i shot one i couldn't believe that there was no kick to it at all. But boy are they accurate in the right hands.
I totally agree daz, I didnt keep the AA S410 for very long, i found it souless tbh. Im happy with my HW80`s. I thik the only pcp i would like to try is the Rapid 7
@HuntersVermin I think it was the stock that drew it to me in the shop, it stood out from all the other S410`s. Off out with a few pigeon deeks this afternoon so the shooting sticks will come in handy again. I may come across sounding a bit negitive about pcp in this vid but its just taking my brain a while to get used to the no recoil thing. Im sure in a couple of weeks we will have bonded. Will still take the HW97K out for bunnys every whim and flip so i dont get complacent.
