Getting ready to do this repair and thought I was going to have to take the entire bracket off. Hopefully I can make something like you did that will work. Thanks for the video.

I used some advice from your video. Thanks. 1999 National Tradewinds Frieghtliner 7371 too. I did remove the entire lower bracket because I did have hydraulic level lifts and set them fairly high then shut everything off. Do be careful because if you have to lower them it could be dangerous if you don’t plan ahead. Use anti seize on your bolt threads etc. messy but next time will be easier. Also I should have made the tool you recommended it would have saved me time.

another tool that you can make. 1 1/8" box end wrench, cut the end 1 oclock to 5 oclock. pi x over on IRV2.

I have to do this and can't find which springs to order. Where are the old ones marked at?? Replaced the back ones...but front ones are smaller
