Sometimes during pregnancy some women have spotting. It's totally harmless but can act like a regular period.

Obviously bleeding during pregnancy is alarming, but it’s not always a sign of an impending miscarriage or loss of pregnancy. Sometimes it’s “old” blood and uterine lining sluffing off.

Anytime you have unprotected sex I still recommend taking a pregnancy test at the week of your period or end of your period if you choose to have unprotected sex because anytime you have unprotected sex there is always a chance you can conceive even with vasectomy and tubal ligation. It’s rare for you to not experience any symptoms with pregnancy though and all pregnancies are different your first child you could have so many symptoms andnyour next you may not have but one or two. Just take precautions and don’t be afraid to test the week of or day after your period when having unprotected sex hun

That wasn't real period. I am a doctor and you can't have it. It is because of the pill that already makes your period scarce and brownish, she didn't realize it was just spotting, not period. Of course if you have bright red blood for at least 2 days, it's not pregnancy.

Im 17 and when i was ten my brother was born but my mother didnt know she was preggos when she was 5 weeks apart

I didnt find out about my pregnancy until 12 and a half weeks in. I was on birth control and took Plan b. It was a big shock to me about my own pregnancy tbh.

How is that possible when you’re on the pill?

Even I knew someone who was 6 months in before she found out. She was sort of bigger around the middle to begin with, so showing wasn't a factor, but there's everything else... 6 months! So I can totally believe competent women can go into labour before finding out.

Well considering people used to drink and or smoke during pregnancy...a bit of wine at dinner wouldn't be too aweful ya just can't 'lush out' so to speak...besides she wasn't even aware of the pregnancy. I was actually more worried of all the flight hours and those stresses for her and the babe....though not eating right was a potential issue....then again of she had known she probably would of done it well.

Yea...... Did you hear about the woman who did not know she was 26 weeks pregnant and got on a flight from Salt Lake to Hawaii recently? Yep. Thankfully there was 3 nurses and a doctor on board! They heated up water bottles in the microwave, used a clean shoe lace to tie off the umbilical cord, and a Fitbit to monitor the premi’s heart rate. Mom is ok (shocked) and the closest landing was in Hawaii. Baby is stable and they put him in an incubator. A very exiting trip indeed! For legal purposes the nearest “port of convenience” will be used on the babies birth certificate. Apparently “somewhere over the Pacific” is not acceptable for the lawyers😅.

Water Lily I didn’t show at all with my first...and I was very fit as I was very athletic. When I laid down I’d have a little tiny bump. The morning my son was born, I was staying with my parents. My mom came into my room and about had a heart attack...lol...I was still sleeping on my stomach! She was yelling...where’s the baby??? I laughed and showed her the little bump...on my side! I’ve shown people pictures of my tummy and they say I was 4-5 months pregnant. They think I am Lying when I say the picture was taken hours before my son’s birth!
