Air Venturi Power Booster 

You can get a compressor that meets the specs of the Booster for around $130 plus another $19 for hose and fittings,so for around $860 you good to go,one thing I like about using the booster,is if the low pressure compressor fails then its a relative small amount to replace,but if your all in one HP compressor fails,its probably a very expensive fix. The booster looks like it as few parts and simple in design,so hope maintenance will be O rings and a few seals to change after a given amount of use. Just waiting on real world reviews and feedback.

This also allows you to fabricate a brilliant 2 part application to the Bank of Wife. Stage 1 - Hey babe, we need a shop compressor to paint the house, pump up car tyres (or what ever other plausible story you have). Stage 2 - Hey babe, If I buy this booster we can get extra value out of the shop compressor we already have by filling my airgun!

These probably use large bore cylinder which takes the low pressure input, and creates a strong force for compressing a smaller cylinder at a higher pressure, so, normally the circuits should be totally separated. But it has a second air intake from outside and should have a filter and desiccant before it. On other models /brands it is possible that the secondary intake is connected to the low pressure compressor for extra speed, but that way you need to make sure no oil gets into the high pressure circuit.

Booster units make good sense, if you never plan to fill your airgun or tank with anything but air. If you wish to experiment with helium, hydrogen or any other gas, especially a relatively expensive gas such as helium, a booster unit is a terrible choice. A passive booster works by routing low pressure gas or air into a large volume drive cylinder containing a piston with a large surface area. That piston drives a second compressor piston which has a much smaller diameter and surface area. The force generated by the drive piston is the product of the inlet pressure and the total area of the drive piston. In this case, the inlet pressure is 90 PSI. To generate 4500 pounds of force, the surface area of the drive piston must be 50 square inches, or nearly 8 inches in diameter. The 4500 pounds of force must then be applied to a compressor cylinder having a surface area of 1 square inch, or 1.12 inches in diameter. The result is that for every cc of 4500 PSI air fed to the gun or tank, 50 cc of 90 PSI air must be dumped back into the atmosphere. This is a throughput efficiency of 2%. Fully 98% of your starting gas is lost. If that starting gas is air, that isn't an issue since 98% of zero is still zero. If that starting gas is helium which might cost $1/liter, a 2 liter topoff will require you to dump $98 worth of helium into the room in order to squeeze $2 worth into your rifle.

Looks great. What percentage of air is exhausted for the booster to operate? Also, how do fill times compare to the similarly priced ShoeBox Max compressor? This may be the product for me. Looking forward to more videos of this booster.

How long will it take to fill a paintball tank?

I have a high pressure (150psi) high capacity (13cfm) compressor. Can I use the extra pressure to fill the gun or tank faster?

What keep running the air compressor if it is non electric, does it required petrol, Diesel etc ?

The yong heng compressor is way better than this it earns you a ton plus you don't need a compressor

This plus a compressor with the specs mentioned can take you close to $1000,providing you don't have a compressor at home ... Maybe better to just get the standalone compressor for $1200
