Great help my friend. Just bought one and it did nothing: thought I bought a dud. But I was it set on low then pushed to 9 min and it did it's thing. Much appreciated from across the pond! Scotland UK

Throw it out, they stop working (by design) after a month or so anyway

Sorry to break the news but these devices are designed to stop working after a month or so, the relay makes the cogs spin to their breaking point, and since you could kinda “fix” them on the old model they removed any screws! So you cant get into it without breaking it :) enjoy it while you can but when it inevitably stops working throw it out and dont look back..
