A day ripping the Airboats with good friends, Introducing our LS Powered Airboat, Drew breaks everything including his airboat and a little Clip from Glamis because I was terrible at filming and barely filmed anything.. lol
Same here, I’ve never even seen one but I like that color matching that the guy with the LS1 did. Also that’s fuckin crazy how those can just spin 360’s like nothing.
It’s been years since I’ve been on an air boat but I still recall how much fun it was. The versatility of going water to land/road and then back to water is just as fun as it looks! Something that isn’t captured in the video is how stinking loud they are!
Super happy you fired up this channel! Tons of cool stuff! Its a great mix of building/fixing cool projects along with full send with said builds. Keep up the awesome work! Us fluffy guys have to stick together!!!
The jump was huge, man. Thats why I love you so much, brother. You just dont give a shit and go all out. When the Bogger sunk in the pond, I knew it hurt having that happen but you were so humble about it. Not many guys like you in this world.
The fact cleetus does not have 1776 of these boats painted in various crown vic style paint jobs with all sorts of boosted LS setups.. honestly that's surprising me alot
Hi I love the channel epic content Makes me jealous that we don't have anything like this in the UK like the mud trucking and the tug-of-war burnouts and just bogging deep is epic it must feel amazing driving them big trucks through all that mud like your standard trucks what we call pickups in the UK a massive let alone when you put a height kit and big wheels and a massive turbo diesel engines under the bonnet with nitrous next level .
Those air boats look real easy to overturn, I could be wrong (I'm in the UK we don't have them here). the look sketchy but fun! Loving the content on this channel keep it up JH!
Merry Christmas to you, your family and your crew JH. Thanks for all the videos so far and cant wait to see all the crazy things you get up to in the new year. From our family to yours ALMOST YANKEE'S
That’s the appeal to air boats, and why they’re used in the swamps the ability to run shallow water and land. A lot of guys just unload them off the trailer on land and drive to water! Lol
It's 8pm in arkansas, I don't know where TGW is located but either the awards started and I can't vote more or you can't vote more than once anymore. But I put my votes in awhile back so hopefully you win. Loving the channel and variety! Let's see that curbed American Force
@ JH DIESEL If you put 4 hydrofoils on that thing, 2 at the front on the sides & 2 at the rear on the sides that you can lever into the water so it pops your boat about 6 inches off the water using 18 inch upside down T hydrofoil wings. Basically you'll want the front hydrofoils facing forward from horizontal to turn anticlockwise 90 degrees with one lever & the rear facing rearward from the horizontal to turn clockwise 90 degrees with a different lever. By putting these 4 hydrofoils 18 inches into the water the hydrofoil blades will sit about 12 inches below the waterline while lifting the boat out of the water thus cutting down 99% of the drag that was caused by the flat bottom boat normally touching the water & your speed will up to 3 times faster. So if you're normally doing at maximum speed around 40 mph you'll get an increase up to 120 mph without changing anything to your engine, perhaps you might want to get a 4 bladed wide blade high pitch prop for the increased speed. it's something to think about as an upgrade but of course you'll need to retract them whenever you decide to go onto land because they won't work on land.
This is one of those sounds good on paper but not practical to the maker ideas. There's a reason airboats have kept the same design for many years. They work the way they are.
Car motors are badass tremendous push until you try to cross 10 miles of sticky cow pasture you'll be picking parts up and the aircraft engine will keep on going just like the one I had to pull for the last 3 miles across a cow pasture with my g i s o 540 procharge LS engine we left most of it laying in the pasture
