Hello again :-). I noticed you didn’t tune the ILS frequency. I assume that worked automatically when you selected the Dubai runway? In the fenix a320 that doesn’t automatically work so I would check that in the rad/nav tab.
Hi, Yes, the A320 takes the ILS Data (Frequencies, Course) from the Built-In Data Base. This is why if you watch our Cold and Dark Start up video, the first thing we did was check that the database is current and valid. When you select an ILS approach in the MCDU is should always automatically insert the related frequency into the RAD/NAV page of the MCDU. IF it doesnt then you can tune it manually on the RAD/NAV page or on the NAV section of the Radio Panel.
@@waypointsaviation great! I thought so! The fenix a320 should be update with that too then :). But putting the ils frequency in manually is also not a real issue. Thanks!
If you don't mind Post a explanation for how to read a charts ILS , Stars ,sids. ... And how to perform a full auto land, and what are the requirements to accomplish such procedure. ..
Sure we can do this for you. Thanks for the suggestion! Feel free to contact us directly via whatsapp or email to ask us more direct questions. If you're in the UAE come visit our Sim, book a session and let us teach you in person :)
We have made a Video about reading charts as well as ILS Approaches, we'll work on releasing a FULL AUTO-LAND Video Soon. Perhaps even this week. Here's the link to the ILS video if you haven't already seen it... ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-BDgkRb5K3Z4.html&lc=UgzDrPFq6zqRrYSDn6N4AaABAg
