Which part isn’t fitting properly? For instance, is it the top crown with the fork tubes? We recently discovered that Super73 seems to have produced two different fork tube sizes for the Super73 ZX. The standard size is 32mm, but there also appears to be a rarer 31mm version.

So the crown plate the comes with the shock is unused and you use the plate that’s already on the bike?

Yes because we want to maintain the original Super73 crown plate embedded steering clamp

The original crown plate hole circumference is smaller than the fork. How did you get the fork to fit the original crown plate so easily? Did you have to modify the crown plate?

The Bolany Airforks comes pressurised and ready to go out of the box. That said the fork does have a sticker with a pressure table to fine tune it to your personal preference.

I have seen Z1 owners installing the same type of fork but its not as straightforward as on a ZX. The whole crownplate and handlebar clamp needs to be replaced as well.

It's fine; it's mostly for show, as dirt will find its way in anyway.

Welke rem hebben jullie ? Ik gebruik de standaard tektro remmen maar deze passen dus niet op mijn schijf en deze vork

Wij gebruiken Magura MT5e remmen met MDR-P schijven in de maten 180 mm of 203 mm. Voor de meeste Airfork voorvorken, zoals in het filmpje, heb je een QM 40 Adapter PM 160-180 / PM 140-160 adapter voor de remklauw nodig.

my stock tires on the zx are 4.5 should i change my tires to a 4.0 and then buy them.

I would recommend getting bigger tires not smaller, Our Super73 ZX is fitted with LIZRD's 4.5 in front and 5.0 in the back.

Past het ook als ik 4.5 inch banden heb? Want ik zie dat het geschikt is voor 4.0 inch.

Zeker! Dit past ook op een 4.5-inch band, maar bij een 5.0-inch banden wordt het krap.

@@TuncayAvsar Ik ben erg benieuwd welk type of merk banden je gebruikt. Voor zover ik weet, is er geen enkele Super73-band van 4,5 inch die niet op een 4,0 Airfork past. De Super73 S2 wordt namelijk standaard geleverd met een 4,0 vork en 4,5 inch banden.

Hello, bought bolany air suspension, but the bike seems really high though, is this normal ? Also if I don't have the fenders in the video, will the default ones work well ?

The Bolany forks we sell are like a kit with all the brackets and adapters to relocate the original fender and calliper. When parked without any weight the Airfork will always look a bit taller. If set to the correct pressure parameters it should drop flush with the frame when a person is sitting on the bike.

Yes the z miami uses the same default fork and size as the ZX line of bikes so it will be the same.

The Z-Miami has a lower frame profile, and while the tubing should still be 32mm, the lower profile causes the front to sit significantly higher. This wouldn't benefit the handling and aesthetically looks a bit off.

If the bike has the same spec sizes as the Super73 ZX it should work. The fork is a 20inch 4.0 with a tube diameter of 32mm.
