Hi Kerry, As l come from the Northeast, l love to watch him and re-kindle my past with lovely recipes to. That Geordie accent is music to my ears.Just like you, so down to earth, no messing approach to his cooking. He too deserves every Success. Pleased we are seeing Your take on his recipes. Thank you!!❤😍
Looks really good Kerry. Thank you for giving me so much confidence in using my Ninja 400. I have roasted a chicken , bought the Southern fried coating you recommended , made the lemon drizzle cakes twice and yesterday the coffee and walnut cake it was fantastic. I had a complete disaster trying my own rock cakes they looked more like a land slide but everything you have shown has been perfect. Thanks again.
Awww that's so lovely Karen thank you💕💕💕I've not tried rock cakes (ever!) I need to add to list and give them a go👍👍 (don't give up, have another go - maybe they were in a bit too long?) I'm going to try this one (page has lots of annoying ads) 🥴👍👍recipethis.com/air-fryer-rock-buns/
Looks lovely, Kerry! May I suggest when you've made the holes in the sponge you can use a pipette to inject the orange juice right in the holes for maximum taste 👍😋
I made this cake just last week, just in the oven and it was delightful! In the original written recipe he forgets to add the orange juice, so I only had OJ in 5e icing, and it was still so good! Plus custard sauce makes everything better.
Looks lovely Kerry....will definitely be trying this one....I found a 2lb loaf tin that fits in the ninja so might make it in that....I bet the boys enjoyed it xx

Hi Kerry ,amazing as always with your great recipes, you cook and create really lovely family food and puddings and make it all look so easy to do ,thank you always 🌻🌹🌼🌷
I'm also subscribed to john Kirkwood channel he is a fantastic cook he's done loads of good food, I think he is a retired cook or chef isnt he? Well done kerry you did really well I bet you enjoyed it,did your boys like it too?
Looks amazing Kerry, I shall be trying this one out for sure. Keep those amazing vlogs coming. My mouth was watering watching you do the taste test 😂. Xxx
I could listen to John all day, I even watch the recipes that wouldn't appeal to my family! Thank you for converting this to the Ninja, I'll probably convert it to lemon drizzle for my daughter or split the mixture and make one of each. That way we can taste test both. Yum.
Oh that's an idea, one lemon and one orange Barbara😋💕 your daughter will have to taste test both! - oooo yum lol. He has a lovely voice doesn't he, great channel too
Another great video Kerry, you inspire me so much to try things for myself. Going to make my first ever cake tomorrow, red velvet cake. Not brave enough to try in my Ninja though, so it will be oven baked. Hopefully it will go as well as your orange drizzle cake. If it doesn’t go well, nobody will ever know. 😂
Ooo yum hope the Velvet cake goes well Ian - am sure it will!! I've never made that myself, must add it to the list - thank you for the inspiration too😀👍💕
Aww thank you Catherine💕that's an old oven baking tray I repurposed by sticking 4 castor wheels on the underside. Link here to the ones (wheels) I bought amzn.eu/d/0nop79N it's so useful esp where space is tight!
OMGeeeee looks lovely Kerry, will definitely try this. Where did you get the tins please? Oh guess what.... I brought the Kuhon Rikhun salt mill and the pepper mill, as had cheap ones that really hurt my hands whilst using them! 🥰🥰🥰
Oh thank you Michelle🥰🥰 link here to the same cake tins: amzn.eu/d/i2xIxmf mine were a set of 4 but I found you similar in a set of 2, key bit is 6 inches so you may find a better price on ebay🤓 oh that's great re the mills, mine are still going strong - prob would still be using cheap mills bought multiple times so reckon I've saved money already. Buy cheap buy twice! (Or a lot more lol) 😄👍👍
Hi Kerry Hope you have tried the biscuit recipe. Made them again today. Please let me know how it goes and if you plan to do a video doing them. Think it would be help ful for others to know it can be done in air fryer.
Hi Steve, link is the exact same as the one I bought on Amazon, that's out of stock, in fact it seems everywhere is out of stock unless you don't mind paying thru the nose - ebay, this link was half price but if you call them they may be able to tell you when back in stock👍google jocca 6414 to see what I mean. www.directvacuums.co.uk/jocca-6414-modern-protective-gas-hob-cover-56-x-64-x-6cm-silver-stainless-steel.html
Why does it dome up so much ? Is it from the air fryer or is it just the way the batter bakes I really enjoy your teaching techniques! The cake does look lovely
Aww thank you Vicki☺️👍💕I'm so glad you asked that, as I did not have a clue why til you asked so I googled, apparently it's something to do with the outer part of the cake setting too quickly (temp too high) and the middle bit rising more. Recommended solutions are to wrap cake tin in 2 layers of foil and to lower temp - maybe one or the other, am not sure lol. Will definitely try this next time and see if it makes a difference 👍👍💕💕
Thank you💕💕oh that's an old oven baking tray I upturned and stuck 4 stick on plastic castor wheels. Works really well, wheels have been on since well b4 xmas (cannot remember exact) with no problems at all 👍
That looks delicious Kerry, I so want a piece unfortunately I have given up cakes and biscuits for now as I'm pre diabetic. I have been eating too many sweet things,ie cakes, biscuits and chocolates, I haven't had any for a month. You have some lovely recipes on your channel and you're so down to earth. Anyway I will eventually make it, my husband would like it and I would give some to my friend
Aww your hubby is a lucky fella to have you Sandra💕I googled diabetic treats for you, just to have a browse to see what's possible 😀👍👍www.bbcgoodfood.com/howto/guide/diabetic-cake-recipes

When you talk about your boys you make me think of mine when they were young, I did always bits for the boys my hubby used to say can I have a bit then , hehe. Such a good piece of music getting you prepared. Hehe . A build up. Cake did look nice. Thank you. Hope boys enjoyed it. X😅I could taste that with you.
Aww that's so lovely to hear Karen🥰 I've been really lucky with my kids, no trouble and all that(🤞😄) boys loved the cake, thought xmas had come early. I always generally said no when they were really really young - set the expectation bar nice n low, so now they really appreciate it when I say yes if that makes sense 😄👍
Hi Kerry love watching your videos can I ask where did you get your thing on wheels that sits under your ninja from please also keep up the good work ☺️ x
Thank you Sarah💕💕that's an old oven baking tray I upturned and stuck 4 stick on plastic castor wheels. Works really well, wheels have been on since well b4 xmas (cannot remember exact) with no problems at all 👍
