Do you have to make the roof enamel or Galvo primer thinner? By adding turpentine before spraying? How much to add?

I don’t use enamel paints as the cleaning of the machine with harsh solvents damage the seals in the pump.

The paint i use is Renov ACP 28 is has rust converters in the paint as well as primers so you dint need to do it seperately

Yes to get all the loose rust and as much of the old paint off to give a better surface for the new paint to stick on.

in my opinion, a very important step is missing. laying a primer. Because otherwise the painting may not resist, and bring out the corrosion.

Used Renov ACP 28 paint not only does it prime it also has a chemical in that converts clean rust

Dont you love all the haters. OMG. They just wish they were blowing on some paint and collecting checks. Looks like self priming rust converting paint coating to me. They make a high phosphoric acid based rust converting paint that is designed for metal. It is a one step primer and paint. Maybe a good primer with phosphoric acid would be a better method but if the customer is paying for one coat process vs 2 coats they get what they are paying for. These guys with opinions need to know exactly what product you are using before they comment.

Yes and they see me working for 5 min on te firts coat and think thats it they dont see the previous 4 days sanding sealing replacing loose screws etc. but yet they have a opinion. Thanks for the comment.
