HI daar. Ek het n Graco GX21 met die standaard spray gun net die blou gard. Kan mens slegs Graco tips gebruik of is daar ander brands wat sal pas en werk?
Hi. I am considering buying a airless spray machine. But as i understand it does not work for paints like micatex with grid in the paint. Would a spray hopper with a big nozzle size work better? What is you opinion please?
Some machines can do it like your graco machines they are just a bit more pricey but if you are getting into it to make money it will be a great investment if you are only going to do one or to jobs with it stick to rollers and brushes the hopper thing did not work out so great for me
Thanks Man I Love your content. I want to buy one and before I saw this, I was wondering about parts from Adendorff. Which one should I get? They have 3 . Is the R330 ok? I want to paint my roof and the occasional wall. Also I saw you use Graco nozzles. Is this for the Rongpen? Once again , thanks for the videos
Thanks for the kind words. Yes the rong peng machines is great and adendorff keeps spare for it. The thread on the guns are pretty standard so if you like the graco guns they work but you cant use rong peng Spry guard with graco tips they are slightly different and the fine finish guard and tips is also different so as long as you have same guard and tips you’ll be fine
Im using a 517 which is about a foot wide at about 15” away but i use a worn tip on that specific paint as it has a very very high latex and clogs tips quickly and the roof is not that big so does not hold me up that much it just works better with this paintbecause its warn it is more like a 328 size tip
@@user-ld9jd3mx4h Henry 887 Tropi-Cool 100% Silicone White Roof Coating there’s also a Tempro one but I can’t find it. You order thru the store, it’s normally not stocked. The one i bought was about $170/ 5gal pail. It should be applied to a washed a dried surface. But it’s worth it.
There are many airless machine on the market and some are actually not bad and some can do a whole roof but you would have to paint it over a longer period as it can over heat etc.
I use a presure washer to get the dust and debris of the roof after we sand the surface and removed the loose paint so any presure washer would work. Roofs are large areas so sometimes a domestic washer can work but they dont like running that long. 2nd tip i also use the washer in summer to cool down the roof as it gets very hot here.
