Hello, 3 weeks ago I bought the Airofit from the link in your video and I have a question ... What sport do you select for your training? There is one that is "Speed skating" but it seems more for ice skating and I do more marathons and half marathons, should I select another? like cycling for example? In addition to the two daily exercises that the application offers, do you do any more exercise plans with Airofit? Thank you
@@Vittoriacori personally i was short of breath but after a couple of months on swimming my breathing became better, but if your a cyclist i would choose cycling. My father is a cyclist and he chose cycling now he can hold a faster cadence for a longer amount of time now.
Hi! I just bought my Airofit and selected swimming for my sport, yet is showing football/soccer as the focus on the app. How can I change the the sport of focus
@@thorupviktor Is it comparable to blowing up a balloon regularly, or does it have greater effect on breathing muscles? I would like to get one for better swimming and singing.
Are they easy to clean? I have breather exercisers but cleaning them is difficult and I don't like the prospects of inhaling the bacteria or fungus that 'may' build up in the workings.
I just bought the "Active", the little users guide that comes with it recommends cleaning it once a day, basically rinsing it with warm water, once a week using a little dish soap, then blowing the water out of it.
Next time follow a script or outline. Very redundant, lots of obvious information, lots of irrelevant information. Loads of repeating yourself. Get on with it.
