Being a airline pilot can get old fast. Constantly away from home and family and constantly changing time zones. And there is no freedom on where or how you fly, I've met some pilots that say it's like flying in a box, you have to fly in strictly controlled flightpaths like roads in the sky, you're told how fast, how high. And apart from take off and landing you're not manually flying the plane, and with long hours of boredom in between. It's certainly not as glamorous as people think. This is why so many commercial pilots fly gliders or aerobatics aircraft on the side for a bit of fun.
@@johno9507 be a recreational pilot, I want to fly Cessnas and sea planes when my life is established. (I’m still in college to pursue genetic engineering as a career, but no one said you can’t also be other things lol.)
Wow! Thank you for the view from a totally different perspective than most of us will ever experience. Pilots, thank you for all you do, day in and day out!
It was my dream job too when I was young, until a pilot told me I hope you enjoy living out of a suitcase and in many hotel rooms, away from loved ones. Then I passed onto that dream.
This is just amazing...we use to looking out the window driving..but here your only source is dials..a screen and the plane Gps talking constantly to you.....Hats off to all our Pilots ...all these passengers lives are in your hands😳😳😳
I’ve been told that you have to get up to 150 to 170 mph to take off down the runway for a lift off. Amazing and hard to believe. Thank you for sharing this.
Kash 😭😭🤲🏻jis kisi ka Hajj ya umrah krny ka dil ho esay hi unka koi acha sa wasela bn Jay is video ko dekh k is na cheez ka b 😭Hajj krny ka dil kr aya he Allah pak sb theek or behtr kren InshAllah Ameen
Takeoff is the most fun part, especially when you’re sitting right behind the engine so it’s loud as fuck and exciting to be pulled forward with enormous amounts of force and then feel your apparent weight change (getting shoved down into the floor of the plane and then floating in your seat when the plane levels off. I always leave like an extra inch in my seatbelt just to levitate lol.)
Takeoff is the best part for me too. I always look out as we go down the runway loving the feeling of going fast on the ground, and the anticipation of when we finally lift off the surface. It is a rush!
When I worked for the airlines I got the chance to jumpseat and this is exactly the way it looks from a 737 and a 757 jumpseat view. FYI that was quite a few years ago.
Muchas gracias por su gran labor de mucha responsabilidad Dios los bendiga siempre y los cuide a todos los pilotos y copilotos y todos los que asen posible esos vuelos
Private pilot here. Being a pilot is constant and never ending learning. So I have to ask, is it not a best practice when flying ALL types of aircraft to have one’s hand on the throttle during takeoff and initial climb out?
The most sophisticated vehicle on earth needs professionals such as these pilots to fly designated destinations safe and sound and there are millions in the World that rely on their trustworthy professionalism. Let us all wish them "Good Health" mentally and physically to provide us the service which we always desire and take it for granted.
Well this just assured me that I'll never be in a plane again, he didn't even have his hand on the handle when they took off 😭😭 I know my fear is irrational but come ON that's wild to me 😭😭
