Forgot to mention, after 2k+ rounds over 4 days, none of the common issues have appeared. As always, I will update this comment if anything changes. 1. After a closer look into the QD sling attachments points, it seems like the lower casting issues are still there. I did see it during filming but they were so dark, I thought it was paint that had flaked off from the QD slot. 2. Another quick note, the receiver wobble varies, many had the receiver tight ootb, this does make it hard to push out the receiver pins, while mine was pretty easy with fingers. 3. Just like all the other APFG MCXs, one of the screw holding the auto trip bar will loosen and fall out of the upper receiver, if you don’t notice.
@@Airsoft_Chay I had a Glock blow up on me the slide just flew right off the bottom housing I don't know exactly what happened but it was very bad. I just make sure personally that I clean every game plus I also finding a little therapeutic stripping it down cleaning it putting it back together.
@@Airsoft_Chay can you please upload a video where you test this Softair with Nuprol green gas and red gas at 0,28g BBs (maybe also at 0,25 and 0,30g) but mainly 0,28g BBs how much Joule it got with those different settings and how precise it is with those different settings (I am asking because my CQB field has a limit of max 1.19 Joule) and I want to know if this Softair is playable there and a good pick… 🤔 Thanks for the updates and feedback! ✌🏻
I want to get back into Airsoft for a training tool. I have a Spear LT as my "fighting" rifle. I have the 16" variant. Will there be 14.5" or 16" varant available in the GBB Airsoft Replica?
Does the weaker springs increase recoil ? Btw, it's nice to see the hammer screw mod in action, definitely a lifesaver under cold weathers. Nice video, wish I had the money to get it
Kind of? I wouldn’t say it increases it but more like changes it. The stiff recoil spring causes the fire rate to be super high, so the recoil is really violent and quick. While the weaker spring is a slower fire rate, so you feel it more.
Excellent review. Want to get back into airsoft and clone some of my real blasters but wow these toys are expensive now. Weather is cold in my area so a GBB probably isn’t a wise choice unfortunately
Thanks! Gas blowbacks are definitely viable in cold weather, I would recommend you look at either VFC V3 ARs or TM MWS, depending on performance or realism.
@@lofighost8811gotta disagree. I have the rattler and aside from mediocre fitment on the handguard, it’s run immaculately for a thousand rounds so far.
@@Forkuh oh no im talking beyond 5k rounds and consider urself among the lucky few who didn't get a complete lemon, they are super overpriced for what they are "literally an MWS" and my experience with toxicant's customer service lived up to their name....toxic af, tried asking about some of the internals and whoever was running their ig essentially asked me if i have ever heard of an MWS and to make my conclusion on the internals with that
Hey, no problem! I would say that if you want something M4 style but kinda unique, the Spear LT is super cool. But QC wise and out of the box performance, the HK416A5 is better.
Thanks for the informative vid, Chay. I kinda wish there was a kit version or a receiver core where I could select barrel length and stock options. Time will tell if that comes to market, though.
@Airsoft_Chay For sure! Definitely a compelling package right now. Lambda with their GHM9 is currently doing that: buy the base BB blaster, choose all the peripherals, accessories, etc. But it certainly helps to have a full package for those who aren't interested in "building" their setup.
have you experience any leaks from vfc m4 mags? Cuz I had the vfc hk416d and got 3 416 mags 2 of them kept leaking after i replace the inject valve. So i had a very bad experience with vfc rifle mags😢
None of my VFC M4 Stanag mags leaked, as they are probably the best gbb magazine in the market. The 416 magazines are not as good as the gray magazines, so I recommend you get those instead.
