I hve been using Airtel internet from the dial up connection till now..I am not getting any network connection or speed problems in my home area…. But there are r issues in my friends house which is in other area….may be the service provider in some areas are not working up to the mark….

All internet providers are same , equally good and bad . Check for internet boxes near by or internet poles near by . Whichever brand is near take it . Because the chance of wire cutting is less , when it is near
The issue is they provide less manpower due to that delay is happening, moreover before enquiring the pending queries assigned for the Site Engineer they provide false timeline. This issue occurs on all networks
Same issue in Hyderabad, even after 2 months they don't provide service and when I ask to close the connection they are asking to pay full amount for the two months without providing any service.
Airtel They are only workers they use to do that so u use cable TV operator internet connection it may not have benefit like free but they have good service they are owner they work for it they have 24*7 service

Im using hathway same problem 13 complaints raised daily it will be closed on outage. After a 13 days of suffering on conference call i made them to disconnect it. Koduma adhoda mudiyala box ketu meratal email stating legal action for not returning the box. Truth is no body came collect it. Later based my email reply a person collected the box. After all such nonsense now i am received daily calls from Hathway to activate the same returned box kodumaaaaaa
Bro same i too face disconnection nearly 15 days from July 11th to 24th july 2024. And today only issues resolved by them as you said i raised the sr request on 11th july itself so they provided waiver from my bill and changed my copper broadband to fiber connection. But copper line is also working fine. Yena spl na copper line connected through underground fiber cable and then end user side will be connected through copper line for the past 5 years and above super ah work ahchu ipa than thidilnu work ahagala but ipa my copper line was upgraded to fiber line and old copper line is also working. So planned to have one fiber line and one copper line. Yethavathu one cut ahchu na unoru line work ahgum la so only. Again my connection was disconnected on this July 27th and came on 28th. Never go for this airtel fiber broadband, if you are already having copper broadband and getting 40 MBPS Speed means never change that. Why becoz all the airtel pillar box are connected by underground fibre cable. So you will never get disconnected. But if you go for fiber connection I am the example for wrost connection got. Very wrost customer care service you can't able to speak with customer representative. To raise the complaint or to get waiver for disconnected dates

You are right. Dirty customer care. I also had very bad experience in Poonamallee & Iyyappanthangal Airtel Customer care. Now I have switched over to BSNL though signal strength is poor and they are taking initiate to solve the issue.

Where I have encountered the unpleasant customer service by agent “Santhosh” showed rude behavior towards the customers. Agent forcing the customers to convert to postpaid sim without briefing the information against customer will. This kind of behavior not at all acceptable in sales & service industries. Requesting the authorities to investigate this agent attitude towards the customers.

@airtel india,.paid Rs 3300/- just because I recieved a call from customer care saying that they offer a combo pack i.e. broad band and dth, one week passed no response and still awaiting for dth. Fed up calling customer care and worst customer care number is 121. Please don't ever think of getting an airtel broadband.

First I have paid 3300 /= for three months.For connection I have waited for two days.After instalation installed person not told any demo about the airtel black plan.He told me that any doubt ask your reference.Any problem no body cared .No body came after connection.worst team and customer service
I don't know how these educated people are going to private players. Public sector BSNL is best in providing broadband ftth service partnered through cable operator their service is very good. If any complaint regarding broadband simply call 1500 and complaint will be taken instantly though IVR call. Complaint will be resolved max working hour-1hour(technical) others max 1 days-hardware and wire disconnect issue contact your nearest cable tv operator instead of going BSNL office. Their service is good and no disconnection happened. Very peaceful. #supportbsnl
