I've had so many blow up this year Osborne pads. 😫 infact I haven't been using 6k very often as I fear for my safety and limbs lol. Really slowing things down for us during cutting. Would like to try your cutting buffs you have been testing at 6k

Where can I get more info on pads and compounds to use. I have an aluminum flat bed with side skirts and tool boxes. I started with some other products and am not satisfied with results. I was going to have to sand out some corrosion. Then I got hit and am in process of getting it replaced with a new unit. So I’ll be polishing new metal and probably won’t need any sanding. But there are lots of small areas, round tubes and corners to deal with. I’ll take any tips you can suggest

Quick question. I purchased a renegade kit and it supplied a cut and color buff… can I get away without using a finishing pad?

Do you know if the centre ring diameter is the same size through out the different brands?

I only use the pads with the 5/8's hole cause I'm not a pro like you but I still try to do everything you recommend

You might be able to spiral stitch the flannel and see if it can take the 6k rpm.
