Wonderful video, we in konkan area grow cashew nut, cashew is extracted by cutting peel in high heat & other means for getting cashews. Cashew fruit is eaten with salt & used to make famous goan fenny(kind of liquor).

Cashew is seed, its fruit is called bondu in Maharashtra Goa coastal area. Feni is fermented product of bondu. Mangosteen is grown in coastal Maharashtra and Goa, kokum is made from the fruit which is used in cooking, the seed of mangosteen is also used to make kokum butter.
