I love how they stacked the pots on top of each other when they were just sitting on the ground earlier. Seeing the birds overhead just moments before throwing in the chicken leaves much to the imagination. Dragging the rice filled baskets along the floor and then dumping them into the cook pot along with all that excess water must have added loads of extra flavour as well. I'm convinced they have one of the best immune system in world when I see how they prepare meals.
LMAO, Yes you are right on the Point!!, Immune system has become stronger than even Carbon Fiber here... Covid couldn't scratch Us, No Vaccination, No lock down Yet lowest death rate in Covid, these kinda stuff has made stronger... About Food, those street foods are tastier than any clean/hygenanic International Food chains, you name it, KFC, Burger KIng, etc, I have tried them all, dirty food is the sexy food
I personally wouldn't eat that due to the extreme lack of any type of sanitation, but it is interesting how other cultures live. That's why I like watching channels like this.
I’m concerned about the men standing in chicken juices, birds flying over the pots and possibly pooping and them stacking the pots from off the ground with no lids to protect the food. Also they are working on the floor with hairy legs just hanging over the food.
That's how it is overseas, where I lived for 15 years as the GM of ASIA-PAC for our company, with operations managers in many places. I always carried a bottle of CIPRO, one of the meanest anti-biotics. I never needed it. My gut adjusted. If it is cooked enough, you won't suffer. I always eat local food and not in the 5-star hotel where all the foreigners are. 39.95 for Bacon and eggs or a buffet. I went to the local mom-and-pop shops in India, VN, Thailand, Malay, PI, and China until I got my Western-style flat. Never took one pill. One of my men got sick while eating at the hotel. As soon as his tummy rumbled, he got two CIPRO from me, and it stopped in 30 min, and he was OK. I told the manager, and he removed the dish. It was the utensils.
Bro, you are probably a vegetarian and I know according to you anything non-veg is unclean and unhygienic. But no, the meat is cleaned properly before cooking, for your information. The animal's waste is removed out during the cutting of flesh. Also, the flies you may be seeing are bound to come during the cleaning and cutting of the meat, what matters instead is that the meat be cleaned properly after that and be cooked in a place that is clean or at least somewhere where they're not much flies and dirt.
Чуш... Уже б вымерли все , не даром столько спецый !!! А наши корейцы???????? Соседи мои , по началу я обижалась , пригласят за стол , а кушать ниЗяяяяя.... Потом поняла .
I am a Japanese traveling around the world. I would like to try this street food. Hygiene aside, it would be delicious. But if normal Japanese people see this video, they will definitely faint.
I have seen some Japanese restaurant kitchens from the back alley view. These small mom and pop stores, maybe in business since the begin of time. Not going to lie, it is a lot better but still with plenty of room for improvement. They would be shut down in no time according our health regulations.
Did I see it correctly? These people didn't bother to wipes off the bottom of each pots before staking on each other? Those pots were sitting on the ground, touched the dirt. Adding more flavor of Dirt into the meals. YUK!!

@@havenzhiv what about cooking the chicken in a hygienic area and not allow dust/dirt/microbes get in the food? You can still keep safe from those evil sugars fats and salts and not have to compare. Somehow I prefer my food balanced on sugar/fat/salt, but would also like to not have soil, feet wash and bird shit in it. Am I nuts and asking too much?
Hell of a process to make something that I'd be scared to eat.. It's prob delicious tho.. It's got the crunchy bits of dirt and gravel from dragging across the ground and stacking ontop. Not to mention the seagulls flying above to give it that tangy zip we all love!
That guy at 12:00 pretty much is the signature of cleanliness for this entire video. 🙂 This place must also be the venue for the daily standup for all tapeworms, bacteria and microbes of Karachi. 🙂🙂

It’s amazing how hard these people work. Probably these foods are for ordinary folks. Fresh foods cooked honestly given the situation. On the positive side, they try to keep clean with running water. Can’t wait to see the end result, must be fabulous. Yummy.
I would eat it in a heartbeat 💓.... Sure... In my kitchen everything is clean BUT We DON'T cook on a scale like that not even close to how many this will feed. So when the pressure is on to feed this many hungry people some things have to go a little to the wayside but the heat will wipe that out. The vast majority of it. I'm starving now
The amount of effort they put in on washing that chicken tells me that it was smelling bad and they were washing it off 🤢🤮. It happens everywhere. Some restaurants are disgusting in the US also. But this is next level with the wicker baskets.
I know you noticed how the food safety and cleanliness of the kitchen. But surely the been doing this for so many years and maybe no complain of any stomach ache whatsoever hehehe its yummy!
I love seeing videos from other countries, but why is everything always so filthy? Do they never wash anything? And why do they prep all the food on the floor? Do they not have tables to keep all the food clean and away from the filthy floor? The cooking pots seem clean enough, but the spices are in cans sitting on the floor, and you can see filth falling off the bottom of the spice containers into the food as he goes around putting spices in the pots. That is why nothing should be placed on the ground. Also, why do they have all the pots out in the open where the huge flocks of birds can crap into them? Then they stack the pots one on top of the other so everything on the bottom of one pot will fall into the one underneath it.
I've known people from both Pakistan and India. They both say the same thing. 1) Don't sleep with their women. 2) Don't eat the street food or drink the water. These two rules apply to many, many countries. Stay in the Western/British sections of the town. Drink only known brand name water from bottles. Eat only from the Western/British restaurants who follow Western standards. If you don't follow these rules, you could come home in box. And I'm not kidding. I'm not knocking their way of life but you have to be born and raised there to be able to handle the street food. Travel Thirsty has been around and might be able to handle it to a degree. I don't know.
These people and their way of life is fucking filthy. Everything is done on the floor, cooking utensils are non-existent, and cleanliness is the last thing thing they're worried about. It's utterly revolting.
@@thomaswhitten2537 street food in Pakistan is safe to eat because its either been boiled, deep fried, barbecued or steamed at very high temperatures. What you should steer clear from are street stalls of snacks and drinks where they use the local water for sauces and ice.
So many questions 🥱. Just don't eat it or just don't watch it. Thousands of people eat it on daily basis. I'm sure they're also humans like you. So either eat it like all those people OR just focus on your bread

The skill of just eyeing the engredients is amazing but the Hygiene between preparation, the workplace & the employees raises a lot of concern. If only they can bring these factors up to standard the product would be more appealing & enjoyable not just for locals but for foreigners who are not used to this kind of practice.
Yes you notice well ,we need to focus on it the people who coock and preparing the ingredients need to be clean and nice place and also the person must clean and coverd head bye cap
I can only assume by your comment that you're not experienced with street food from Asian countries. This is pretty normal stuff, it's as hygienic as its going to get. I find your comment typical from a western point of view, very naive.

@@jemyabdullah745 This is what the recipe looks like to me: Prepare: Soaked & washed Basmati Yellow Potatoes, peeled, cubed and rinsed Bone-in Chicken cut into large pieces Finely chopped Green Chile (looks like Serrano) Tomato Paste, grated Instructions: In the pot, add: 1.) Ghee or Oil 2.) Chili Powder - they're probably using Kashmiri 3.) Turmeric Powder 4.) Salt? (because it looks like they add Salt twice, so this may be Hing, Black Salt, MSG?) 5.) Finely chopped Green Peppers 6.) Salt 7.) Full Fat Yogurt 8.) Red food coloring? 9.) Roughly ground Biryani Masala (you can find instructions on how to make online) 10.) Raw Chicken Stir and coat the raw chicken into the spice/yogurt (some people like to marinate for 4 hrs or so) Then add: 11.) A portion of the Potatoes 12) Tomato paste Turn the heat on to high, medium-high Partially cook the Basmati in water with whole Garam Malsala: I saw Indian Bay Leaf, Cloves and Cinnamon sticks in the video. The rice should be from 50-75% cooked, depending on the type of Biryani, but do not cook fully at this step Then add: 13.) Looks like they added more Potatoes at this step Turn heat to a simmer and cook until the chicken is beginning to separate from the bone Then add: 14.) Orange food color, and stir Add the following in layers, do not stir: 15.) Finely chopped Coriander Leaf 16.) Fried Onions (use Red Onions) 17.) Whole Green Chilis 18.) The partially cooked Basmati, and smooth the rice out over the top to the sides 19.) Orange food color 18.) Biryani Essence/Kewra/rose water or other type of essence Turn heat down to a lower simmer and cover When I make it, I am going to add ginger garlic paste at the beginning
Возможно, это вкусно, но, только если не знаешь, как это готовилось! Всё очень неопрятно!😨 Может, не видя как, и купила бы. Сейчас видео дстаточно. Спасибо, не голодна.😆
Genius video. I like how they kept the soaked rice in the floor where they walk on bare feet and sandals and let the rice soak all that cheesy feet aroma gives a new dimension in the world of cooking lol nothing like a hint of feet odour in Degi biryani. Lol oh my goodness!
This is the Cleanest food cooking that we can get from this big kitchen. Chicken Biryani looks very good and I'm sure tastes very delicious too. It's the Best. Ingredients are not Skimpy. It's loaded with Tons of Spices from start up to when they started the Fire. All different germs and even the most lethal ones out there have no chance to survive. Food will be distributed all over the city even to the 5 Stars hotels and restaurants. Do you think their classy diners will ask where the food came from. They will only experience the best tasting Chicken Biryani there is. Big Plus- hardworking and very good cooks in that kitchen are not shy showing their food preparations, cooking and talent to the world and to the locals. We don't even know what's going on in the kitchens of all restaurants even the classy ones. Very unpretentious. I could not eat hot spices unfortunately. My respect and admiration to the workers.
@@baidon3613 That is physically impossible! Provided the food is piping hot which it is throughout and there is no cross contamination, in other words that lads working in the raw ingredients section handle cooked food, it’s totally fine to eat. The major issue here is stacking cooking pots directly on top of each other after being dragged along the floor. Totally unsafe work practise.

O aspecto da comida é bonito e parece saboroso...o arroz e compridinho e soltinho achei interessante embora a comida seja preparada no meio da rua pra eles isso é totalmente normal é a cultura deles!!!!

It's first time I ever watched one of yours video it's awesome thanks. It's very instructive ! I'm from Pakistan too. Theirs method for cooking Beryani is unique it's some what similar to what I know, all the seasoning and grinding up some spices etc. Though they are adding a lot! But for rice isn't you need the double the amount of water for the rice you are cooking. And what they did I think they cooked the rice separately, that's new! I didn't follow it up from there. what they did there and I think you miss out that part to vlog in your video.😆
