Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai speaks about how she entered in modelling and film industry. She says "Well, I am from Mangalore but I lived my life in Bombay. I am a complete Bombayite. I studied in Bombay only... from school to college. People used to call me cute when I was a kid. It could be because of my eyes or brown hair. One of my professor in college requested me to do a fashion feature in a magazine. She was doing photojournalism in some magazines. She was my English professor. That is how I entered into modelling. After becoming Miss world people listen to me carefully. They took me far more seriously. My approach became a little more responsible and definitely, I became a full-fledged media personality or what a people call celebrity. Before entering the film Industry I was already used to with used to with the camera, studio, atmosphere etc. It was not a culture shock for me but it was a new medium for me and I did not have any acting experience. I love my work, a camera is just an instrument."

That's the fault of media and the public. She herself once told she missed her old zelf as she was so innocent but the media and public made her hard. Its clearly visible her way to the media changes after she broke up with salman khan. The media was against her, salman khan has a lot of industry friend so many did not want to work with her, she got droppen out of movies. So its quiet logical she changed

There have been no lightening creams she is still medium complexion. Photoshop sometimes lightens her pics and videos through editing but she is not stark white she is darker than Kareena, Shraddha and even Alia who isn’t even that light. Skin colour is no big deal even her natural colour is not dark. She is just perfect because of her perfect features.

With a lot of time in industry comes exposure to outside world which brings it's own vocabulary , manners and growth..... resulting in adaptation in mental, physical aspects as well as in professional life. Exactly like people who live outside India in western countries eventually adopt accent of the place. Here she is novice .... now she is an accomplished star in her own right. She's India's highest paid actress of 2000 to 2010 She's worked in women centric films .. unfortunately that time socail media platform was not wide and huge like today's .....else she gonna rock it . so refreshing to see interview in Hindi (well partially). in days of all interviews being telecast on english channel, we never get to see celebrities talking in Hindi. We should encourage more interviews in hindi or regional language rather than English. Honestly in regional language, it connect audience deeply and celebrity also does not look like faking it

Fame can change people, but I think Aish did really well staying ground still. I know, in this video she was young and innocent. Now she is what she is. She is skill beautiful inside and out. I mean we all go through this stage of life. I sometime wish I can go back and stay innocent as we were when we were young, but it’s impossible. We learn and we grow. Life goes on.

Movies of her that released before Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam.. 1.Iruvar : A movie with IMDB 8.6 and a masterpiece which should have been a super hit but couldn't be cause theaters were threatened not to release this. 2.Aur Pyar Ho Gaya : Average movie..great music, beautiful dances but not a very good story. 3.Jeans - Her first Tamil Hit movie..and sent by India for Oscars. 4.Aa ab Laut chalen- No comments then came Hum Dil De chuke Sanam.this movie not only did a great business but she got her first Filmfare as best actress and the movie got 9 awards . Then there was no looking back..She is definitely an example of improvement..Proud of her..😘😘

People are saying she is acting differently but I don't think she has actually changed that much at all - for example anytime she speaks in English here she speaks with the same accent that she talks with now. She very much already has that inner steel and core of a celebrity here, it's so interesting to see! It's just that she LOOKS different in her clothing and hair.
