AITA for Cashing Out, Enjoying Life, and Not Giving Anything to Daughter? 

The only thing I can think of is that the daughter and SIL are addicted to hardcore drugs and that’s the reason for the behaviour change. They need the money to continue the addiction. The lawyer on the other hand needs to be reported to whatever ethics board is in the area, his behaviour is unacceptable

Was totally ready to say OP was TA because it's getting harder for young people to get by and it's only going to get worse, but the daughter was acting like a sociopath and doesn't deserve one cent.

honestly don't give her anything make a will ASAP make it legally binding you will give daughter a token ammount so she can dispute the donations to charity. Give it to people in need way better than giving it to the daughter that tried to steal everything anyway.

If the daughter's lawyer was present when she was trying to pressure you to sign that document, especially if he saw her attack you physically, you should definitely report him to the bar association's ethics review panel or whatever the equivalent is in the state where this occurred. Because that is seriously unethical behavior for a lawyer to engage in, and he should not be allowed to get away with it. Bear in mind, I am not your lawyer and am not giving legal advice.

At first, I was concerned that SIL qas puppeteering her, but it sounds like she is doing this out of her own will, so NTA. That said, I would definitely hire a lawyer to send a C&D to her, SIL, the lawyer, the lackies, and SIL's family (this might gain you an ally) to stay away and stop any and all illegal attempts to seize your assets under duress. Cause all that you mentionned would be classes as duress and make any document she tries to make you sign illegal (seriously, I am surprised the lawyer went with her forceful means).
