Aitor Castells is one of the most mysterious figures of Spanish music, a sonorous continent yet to be discovered. With twelve years of career behind him, half a dozen albums, two soundtracks and several collaborations, the elusive and unclassifiable menorquian artist has been building a work so eloquent that it needs no more introduction than his own listening. His first three albums in Spanish, published under the heteronym Verne, with which he bequeathed unrepeatable songs like A La Mar, A, No Es Galopar, Montse or Mi Diminuto Sinfín, have been followed by a trilogy in English where the author, surrounded by his usual team, that is, Kike Fuentes, co-producer and guitarist of the project, Marcelo Fuentes on bass and Javier "Skunk" Gómez on drums, gives free rein to his extraordinary stylistic versatility and enormous compositional talent, paying homage, always from his very personal formula, to the rich referential universe from which he has been nourished.
However, although his masks are many, all of them reveal the same eyes.
