Better go as yourself😊 The wires of the power supply are getting thinner and thinner in the China stuff. I always play everything over my stereo. Music, tv and video, even you😆

I watch less and less TV and film these days Marty because most of it is awful I did have a Sub and sound bar but gave them to my Son I found they just looked awful and the benefits weren’t worth it good honest review though 🙌🏻

Does the plastic case make a big difference on these sound bars? I’ve seen some with what appears to be a wood case and others are vinyl-like textured plastic.

If you could get a sub for £50 or so it would be a deal. I paid £137 new for a Panasonic SC-HTB688 3.1 soundbar/wireless subwoofer for my mum for Xmas. 60W x 3 +120w sub. She loves it. ARC makes is so easy, no second remote to fuss with.
