Yeah that’s one of my biggest gripes with Bleach. Unnecessary, misplaced comedy that drains any and all tension out of the fights they’re inserted into. Sometimes it works if it’s only a line or two but most of the time I don’t think Kubo hits the mark. The fight against Szayelaporo is the worst offender. That fight had so much potential but Pesche and Dondochakka ruined it.

That make it boring in my opinion as fights solely focus around itself going on and on for episodes without something to cut the tension once in a while despite people differing personalities doesn't feel like it's actually those unique characters there.

Lol, I love how even in serious situations, these characters stick to their personalities. Ishins flick, yoruichi and her trolling and kisuke and his goofiness. Aizen might as well be a god infront of them but it doesn’t mean their character traits just disappear, one of the reasons I love bleach so much is bc the cast is so diverse and these characters, while joking around, are 100% more serious in this situation then any before it.
This the kind of characters that are fun Tite Kibo sure knows how to write his characters for bleach Uraraha saying this kind this while debating over world ending and the soul king with Aizen is just impresive😂

Aizen is a man with great perception and a fine taste. Mastumoto, Rukia, Orihime, Lisa and Nemu are all great but Yoruichi is number 1 Bleach waifu by far.

Kidding aside, base aizen easily cuts down Komamura's Kokujo Tengen Myo (fully armored samurai) while Youroichi's leg is still intact after Aizen (in Silver surfer form) tried to bifurcate. 🤔 In conclusion, Youroichi's protected body parts are far durable than Kokujo Tengen Myo 😳
To be fair, komamura is a punching bag, which is really unfortunate. He's the guy who's talked about how strong he is and never really shown just to make him getting beat up look shocking.
