Yum, this looks very good and easy to make. I don’t consume alcohol, can I leave out sake, or do you recommend a substitution? Thanks for the great recipe.❤

If you don't want to use sake, you can use water or dashi broth for this recipe. Or cook longer so that more alcohol will evaporate. Hope this helps!
