I actually think this is the best sounding and looking 125 I've ever seen !! And I've seen alot of 125s !.... You done a good job and that little beast lol !
I have put the bike back to stock apart from the turnout pipes, was cruising down the M2 at 70MPH with ease, the exhaust has now had the catalytic converter taken out so the exhaust is a bit louder but the bike loves it.....
Hey man really like your bike !! wanted to get this one my self but settled for the regal raptor dd125 as its 1k cheaper =/ any way im planing on changing the pipes to same as yours and was just wondering what you did exactly to your engine to get the pipes to work well with the engine ? As there is a lot mixed views and opinions on many of the Chinese bike pages so other then the 110 jets and 180d hose what size is the air filter etc? Any advice would be awesome and once again really like ya ride dude job well done =)

yes in America the same 125 ,,,,chassis has a choice of 125 or a 350 cc block,,,,nicest 125 cruiser yet,,,,are they reliable,,,any faults to look out for .I could enjoy riding a bike as chilled as that looks ,nice work fella

Yeah standard means no mods and im selling this one right now and looking for around £1900, it doesnt have a fuel gage no, but you can work out how many miles you can do before filling
I've heard mixed reviews about this bike, mainly about the Chinese build quality. Have you had any problems with it? Would you say the bike is worth it?

+The Garage hi want to do the same as you to my DD 125E mklll it's a different model to yours but the carbs and engine are the same, the jets are 85 and I'm uping to 110 like you but I'm not sure if there 4mm or 5mm just wondered what yours were? any help would be appreciated.Cheers
I have a Hyosung GV 125, Highway Hawk Slash Cut exhausts and I am just about to fit a 6Sigma Jetting Kit. What difference did your jet adjustments make to top end? I got a load of popping on deceleration, so I hope jetting will cure this.
do you know what dimenstions the pipes and filters are? ive got a 125 eos, i belive with the same standard carb as the daytona, ive mesured 45mm internal pipes for the air intake but cant seem to find a k&n filter to match so im guessing i messed up haha, also can you explain the up rate to the carb? did you just buy new jets or did ypu have to tap them out? thanks

have you changed your carb? and can you remember the model of the filters you used? and maybe you can answer two other of my questions? you mentioned that you changed your jets to 110 is that calabrating or actualy switching out the jet for a new one ? also the sound your bike makes is that purley down to the exhaust? im not after copying your bike but i do what mine to sound similar as yours sorry for all the questions its not often you get to see a AJS lover
ayup mate exact same bike as you did you have to change anything with the carbs to put those air filters on and whats the back pressure like on it with those pipes dude
I know this is a question far from when this was built to that standard, but with the k&n filters and pipe changes did you have any issues with air/fuel mixture and if so what did you need to do to resolve it?

Regarding the remote ignition, is this model an automatic choke or manual as it sounds like it starts and tickover is pretty low? Or was it just already warm when you did the video?
