DUDE! These are the best shooting Ak's EVER made! Have had the pleasure of building a few of these at my day job (minus the welded stuff like the gas tube/Rsb, someone else does that lol) but I've absolutely loved the way they handle during test firing, wish I could have one for my own collection. Without a doubt they really are the pinnacle of the AK.
@@AK-John_Official I originally believed I had cracked the code to the "best/easiest shooting ak" a few years ago during my home building years when Tortort first came out with their 5.45 receiver. And dont get me wrong, w/ the bulgarian kit I built on it (excluding the furniture for obvious reasons), the two paired very nicely together and I was as stoked as a dude could be... then i finally got to experience the 12 like a year into building full time at TRA, and it instantly shat all over my previous stoke level. It was like shooting the old .32 scorpions, such a ridiculous lack of recoil. Id really like to figure out if its the 12 brake or the heavier barrel that makes such a crazy difference (although Its probably a balanced factor of both working together) and further Frankenstein the milled 74 to hopefully reclaim its throne one day lol. Btw man, I've been pretty pumped with coming across these videos you've been doing covering the various models in fine detail. I'd tried to get my boss to do some shit like this with all of the cool stuff we have/that comes through, but it was never going to happen with how much he despises the internet & computers lol glad to see more stuff like this coming from actual builders tho. I'd like to do something similar one day if you haven't covered all of the bases by then. Keep it up brother! 🤙
@@wolfhausindustriesThank you sir! I definitely appreciate it! Cant wait to see what you have coming up! Good luck and if I can ever help with anything please let me know!
Its cool to have a very rare AK even though they're built in 100ks . Our gun laws are so dumb here in the US. I just always found the AK12 temu ,to be a disaster. The original AK12 was the way. Lots of innovation and modernization. Would have been the best AK ever made
I saw an AR15 muzzle device that had a similar crown. It is used to break through car windows. Not sure if that is the function of the crown on the muzzle break on the AK 12, though.
Mostly weightsaving. At least this one is harmless. Gen 1 is notorious for having a very hard to clean deep narrow grove between the threaded cap for muzzle devices and the muzzle itself, hated by both soldiers and civ owners
Beautiful as always, good job!! What's your opinion on Zenitcoing these, that furniture looks so badass. But on the other hand original has its own appeal.
What's even the point of that? The AK-12 is basically an AK-74 with a cheap modernisation kit mounted from the factory. You don't need an AK-12 if you're going full Zenitco.
Not even close to an AK-12. This is nothing more than a heavily modified Saiga sporter/hunter. Not a Kalashnikov Concern correct receiver, not to mention other incorrect parts/features
Perhaps you could educate us on where to source a "Kalashnikov Concern correct" receiver and parts, especially considering the vast majority of these kits were CX/blank guns with demilled bolts/trunnions. Or maybe you know how to import Saiga TR3s (Civilian semiauto AK12s)?.
