AKAI GX-636 REEL TO REEL DEMO 

The right channel quit working, so I replaced all the S458 transitors with Fairchild KSC1845FTA transistors. Works great again!!!
The 458 transistors are known to deteriorate over time,,, it is a common issue with the AKAI 635D's and 636's
