AKAI MPC KEY 61 - LIVE use, LIVE improvisation... 

I have the MPC Key 61 and have been using it on gigs and recordings since July of this year. Before this keyboard I was using multiple devices like the Elektron Digitakt, Digitone, Syntakt, the Roland Jupiter Xm with various loopers and outboard effects to achieve what I can now create with ease from this one keyboard. The sounds are just as good as any of the devices I have mentioned and the Key 61 is ideal for the modern keyboardist with an electronic music leaning looking for great sounds and a sequencer that can do anything live. I can completely understand your excitement as creating arrangements and performing over them is what I do for my live gigs with this keyboard. Connect this to a m1 chip Mac and you have limitless potential writing. There is nothing quite like the Key 61 for keyboardists and is the standout product of the year in my opinion.
