Thanks! As far as your question, I'm not sure, I'd recommend Googling all three and looking for what best suits your needs. I have faith the the Akai MPK49 will be a quality unit so I don't think you'd go wrong there!

You can either use the hardware arp that is built into the unit, or you can download virtual synthesizers that have arp capabilities. Most virtual synths have preset arp settings that sound really good!

"Hey dude!",very nice tutorial you got there,I like it a lot!. Can you do another tutorial,this time focusing on telling/informing people on how to do/create loops that match?,like for example: If you record drums how do they stay paired and playing the same beat (notes) in a straight way without cuts/divisions,information on the buttons that we should use will be appreciated. Also,Can you do a Hip Hop song and a Dubstep song step by step with your Akai MPK Mini?,because that would help people like myself a lot :D. It comes with a USB cable. Some of the sounds I'm using are presets and some are ones that I've manipulated into sounding that way with the different free virtual instruments I use. It's pretty incredible what you can get for free, just Google it!

i love mixcraft but when i play on my mpk mini mk2, when I play the piano, its late like when i press a note, it comes after like 0.5 seconds. do you know the cause of this?

Digital latency, caused by Windows' shit audio drivers. Try ASIO For All.

I just bought the mpk mini myself as well as mixcraft 6. im about as beginner to this as I can be and looking for someone who can talk me through programming my mini even if its just with the preset sounds for now so I can mess around with it and get used to using and recording with it. do you think you could help? it would be much appreciated

Ive been going back and forth with which DAW to get and which Akai to pair up with it, now that Im going the digital route. I like the mini because I can put it in backpack and travel with it. I guess the look of the MPK49 is just the look. For the price of Mixcraft and what it offers, I dont know why Im still looking at the other DAWs. Great video. I think youve just made up my mind for me.

Sweet! Every DAW has it's pluses and minuses, but Mixcraft is a perfect balance between price and features.

Mixcraft us so easy to use. I had never used any audio recording software before and with mixcraft within minutes I figured out what I needed to do. With other programs I was completely confused on what to click. And even better is the price!
