Though the commencement speech by the iconic Steve Jobs is rated as one of the finest, I would rate this one above that by Steve. For one, this was an extempore speech, while Steve Jobs' was read out by him, so donno if he had written the speech himself or someone else did it for him. Secondly, Mr Toyota speaks from the heart with a genuine concern for the anxieties n apprehensions of newly graduating students, assuaging their fears by offering each one of them a job right away. With that boulder out of the way, he gives great advise on how one should pursue what they love doing, finding their donut, so to speak. The eclectic mix of wit n humor with sage advise helps him convey his core message very well, not sounding like he's sermonizing. Brief yet powerful speech indeed 👏👍

One of the best speeches I’ve listened to period. On top of that, had the privilege to be there in person to witness it first hand. Truly life-changing. Thank you Mr Toyoda, what an honor.
