I have the 3068B Plus and Mod006 in my collection so far, and I think Akko is amazing quality for value. I'm definitely looking to add more Akko boards to the collection when they become available or have a good sale. I love this channel BTW, keep up the amazing content Keebface!

Not just for value but also availability. Some of these “premium” keyboards you have to pre order them then sometimes wait upto a year! 🤦🏽

WARNING 4:32 for anyone sanding fr4 please wear protective equipment or ventilated area as dust from fr4 is toxic when inhaled and sticks to clothing

I want to know if this akko spr keyboard comparable to QK65 and jris65 or the Groupbuy keyboard is better? (because I already have jris75)

It is like the qk65 but the qk65 is better but to me I would rather get the spray bc of the cheap pricing and I like alot of flex

The SPR75 is emerging soon (someone already managed to order it via EU website and I've personally ordered one through Taobao) It's probably coming in September if the stated dates on Taobao can be trusted. I came across this video discussing about how the plate is not going to fit the screw-in/plate mount stabs that have wider housings and I was wondering if TX APs have the same issue as Staebies as I prepared some for when my SPR75 appears? I assume the plate size will be pretty much the same except of course adding the function row.

I have one coming too from Mechkeys. I'm not sure on the stabs. Looks like it comes with the TPU plate mount stabs, which are better than a lot of the screw ins I've used.

@@keebface I guess i'll try to use those but failing that I do have a set of Everglides v3 lubed to try out Do you have a more specific estimate from Mechkeys on the fulfilment date of these? The Taobao store isn't giving a very clear answer, it just gaveme a date that's 30 days form when I ordered it as the worst case scenario of ship out date. And when i reached out to their customer service they just told me "it will arrive on the date stated in the product listing"

Can i do tape Mode on this base? And holee mod sticker included in kit?

I would highly warn against doing tape mod on this kit unless you out all of the necessary holes for the guiding screws and the springs. I tries tape modding it and I'm pretty sure that I broke the PCB because I had to push super hard to get the top hat for the springs into the holes. There is also no holee mod sticker included in the kit.
