Totally! He was so enthusiastic!!! This guys great! He should have been like thsi in 2000 and could have won easily. Still through it's the masses fault for being stupid and not voting for him. Gore would have made a great president, I have hope for this guy in 2012/2016! Gore 2012!!! Come on Gore we need yah!
He was a great candidate to run in 2000. It was sad when he conceded. But the past is the past….let’s hope Biden steps down and hands his campaign to a younger candidate.
@eekabostatic He was 8 years older, too tired, too worn out, and too worried about comparisons to Clinton at the time to be this person again. People forget that Clinton was seen as a "stigma to get over" for the bulk of the 2000 election, and as a result of that Gore's campaign floundered as they tried to distance him from Clinton and find a voice that'd be all his and his alone. This Al Gore resurfaced a couple of times towards the end, but it was too little too late.
She did look alot older in this clip. I dont' think a high school age quite yet. maybe upper middle schooler. could have passed for a 14 year old. although amazing how this used to be her "really old look" LOL! remember when it was a really big deal that Al Gore's daughter Karenna was "really old" in college?? Not a big deal but was like the "adult first child"
The funny thing is, this seems more appropriate now than it did twenty years ago. I would much rather have the 1992 GHW Bush economy than the 2012 BO economy.
She didn't look awful and I highly doubt that considering they were pursuing a thing called the white house they were going to give chelsea a years worth of spa treatments to beautify herself. a little too busy LIVING in the REAL WORLD! I love how much energy she had! :) She looked so proud! Al Gore looked younger here but so did Bill clinton. Look at innauguration clips and look at how different BC skin looks. It is so obvious how much he has aged!
