Always amazed at how young David Faustino and Christina Applegate were when the series started. Over the years, we watched them grow up in that wonderfully dysfunctional TV family!

One of my favorite episodes from the show's 2nd season. Al had so much bad luck here. Although not in this clip, Peggy's scheduling of her time with Al always gets me- "11:00 PM- make love. 11:05- Al goes to sleep. 11:06- finishing making love." I'm like I don't want to know what she meant by that! & I think the studio audience felt the same way!

My favorite part of this episode is from the very beginning: Kelly's dead-on impression of her dad teaching her how to drive, "Red light! Stop! Stop! Stop!" You'd never have guessed that Christina had been working with Ed for only about ten months at this point. She already had Al's facial and vocal mannerisms down to a T. Worthy of Emmys.

You know we may need to stop for a moment and question the definition of dysfunctional. Al and Peg still married bus and kelly have their spears but still bro and sis where is dysfunction.
