She is very wooden. Cute but no charisma. Though I think Julia Sawalha despite being a pretty good comedic actress was probably a nightmare to work with, hence her departure from the show. I saw her once at Glastonbury festival trying to use her fame to get backstage. She even haughtily said "Don't you know who I am?" The security were having none of it, and it gave a pretty good insight into her personality.

@@jadenrobinson8177 I don't know to be honest. The only thing I can think of is creational differences or contractual problems. ie she wanted more money than she could demand. Even from the outset her name was an addendum to the credits, like she was more important than the rest of the cast. When it says and so and so, it usually means they are stuck up themselves.
