I've been doing fishing streams for a while and been throwing these fish back constantly. I've only just learnt that they make great sashimi so now I'm really keen to catch one to try! Such a waste throwing them all back! wahhh

I think you meant Do not over cook trevally or oily fish.. yes? You said you cant overcook it ( like even if you tried)
