The state of Alabama is welcoming in some of the best recruits in the country as both Alabama and Auburn add talent to their roster. When Kalen DeBoer took the Alabama position, it was widely speculated that he simply would not be able to recruit in the South. Luckily for the Crimson Tide, those doubts are being put to rest with each pick up. For Auburn, this is exactly what they wanted and needed from Hugh Freeze. Freeze has historically been a powerhouse on the recruiting trail and is flexing his ability to bring top talent to Auburn.

I got recruited by urban Meyer back when he was at Utah. I had never met him before until my visit to SLC. He knew my whole family’s first and last names. I have 6 sisters totally blew me away. I didn’t even know some of my family members real names lol 😂 joke. The fact that he had did an extensive background check, he talked to every coach and teacher I had dating back to my second grade year was impressive.

I have a question for you guys. Do you think Alabama can and/or will finish with the top recruiting class? I have personally been predicting them to close the gap and finish #1. Obviously, Offord would be a huge flip and balance the scales a bit. (Alot)

DeBoner has never recruited a top 25 class. To say it’s not all about the money is laughable. Dunaway doesn’t know who the top RB in the state and top 10 RB in the country is? 🙄

DeBoer, yea he never recruited in the top 25 true fact, but he was in the national championship game with said recruitment so I'm sure you can do the math on that.

@@squibs2570 he couldn’t get talent at Washington, but Peterson got plenty. And those 5th year seniors that Peterson recruited were the ones who lead the team to getting blown out in the natty. DeBoner’s recruits were non factors.

@@jvilletiger still spelling his name wrong it’s DeBoer. Most of those guys from Petersons team were gone not a single one of them were 5star. And when DeBoer took over they were 4-8 so I guess he didn’t do a whole lot up there just 3 years and a national champ game much more than auburn could ever hope for.
