Janae could not only be the one to bring the Stings back but she could honestly break tradition and add a refreshing new flare to the stingettes . I think she know what’s at stake and I do believe she is hungry for it. I hate to always mention Mrs. Young-Byron, but when you have had a coach like her in the past, your expectations of greatness, perfection and work ethic is different. I believe she will train them as she was trained and want her squad to look as one as Supastarz and G-Girls have always looked. Her foundation is what I think is going to save the day.

For the first time in a long time, I see a squad! They are one unit, one motion instead of looking like a bunch people who just met at a dance workshop doing the routine infront of people that they been practicing all week! In the "2015-16 JSU J-settes (Nobody) March out" video what caught my eye was Dom's feet position compared to the rest of the squad 0:22-0:26. It be the smallest and what seems like unimportant details that set some of these ladies apart. All discipline.
