My wife and I just saw Alan Jackson play in Biloxi. It was not dissapointing. His voice sounded just as good now as it did then.

I'm adopted but I found this song on my father's Facebook timeline... Our mom left us one day taking away my little sister who was only a baby while i was about 7 or 6 maybe at that time... i knew my father was heartbroken by that and hearing this makes me cry because i know my father felt the same.. I'm going to see him when I'm 18 and give him the biggest hug ever!

I wish that I had known it was going to be called the good ole days when I was actually living in the good ole days. I saw Alan at Glen Helen in Ontario, Ca and somehow got tickets 4 rows back. I was so close I could see the holes in his jeans. He is too often overlooked as the king because of George Strait. When you have a plethora of unique talent coming up together somehow somebody is gonna get overlooked. If George strait hadn’t come up at the exact same time Alan Jackson did he’d be wearing that crown instead of George Strait. In my opinion Alan is the actual king because he went with quality over quantity and that shows how good he was because when he came out with an album it was top to bottom just pure real world country music. It’s not ironic that him and George Strait came out with a song called “murder on music row”
